We become protectors, bound to keep peace and refrain,

From causing harm and spreading pain.

As future officers, we stand tall and proud,

Sworn to uphold the law and say it loud,

That hazing and maltreatment are not allowed.

The trials of cadetship training may be rough and tough,

But let us not resort to violence, it is enough,

To show that our character is made of better stuff.

We rise above the challenge, with dignity and grace,

In this war against hazing, let us take our place,

And guard against maltreatment, with a smile on our face.

For in this journey, we will bond together,

In this journey we will help each other

We will guide our juniors as a good big brother

So let us all unite, in this noble fight,

Against hazing and maltreatment, with all our might,

For a better world, where justice and honor take flight.

Cadet Attachment Program (CAP)
PNPA “MASIDTALAK” CLASS 2023

This activity is designed to further develop and enhance the knowledge
and skills of the graduating cadets as they are about to embrace the public safety profession
Reference: Bachelor of Science in Public Safety (BSPS) curriculum

Phase 1: Seminar-Workshop

Selected topics of vital importance for the enhancement and development of cadets’ core competencies in public safety, inviting expert practitioners from the tri-bureaus.

Cadets are deployed to different stations across the country to act as passive observers on station activities in performing protocols and public safety functions and how the station handles and responds to public safety and security problems.

Phase 3: Case-Based Scenario

Cadets will apply all their learnings during the Station Immersion mock-up stations within the camp. This will test their newly-gained knowledge during the second phase.
