"SINGKWENTA KO, TULONG KO" is just one of the Best Practices of the Baguio City Mobile Force Company. This program, in essence, is voluntarily donating 50 pesos every salary day to fund Impact projects such as Outreach program and Pabahay Program. This is a true manifestation of police that has compassion for others, "Pulis na may malasakit".

Voluntary donations from police officers can be a powerful way to support community development and improve police-community relations. By donating a small amount of their salary every payday, police officers can contribute to creating meaningful and impactful programs such as outreach and housing programs.

Outreach programs can provide education, resources, and support to communities in need, helping to address social and economic issues and build stronger relationships between the police and the community. This can help create a safer and more supportive environment for all community members.

Similarly, a housing program, also known as a "Pabahay Program," can significantly impact by providing safe, affordable housing to families in need. This can improve overall community well-being by reducing poverty and homelessness and by creating stable and supportive environments for families to thrive in.

It's important to note that such programs can only be successful if they are managed effectively and transparently, with the active involvement of the police and the community. By working together, police officers and community members can create positive and meaningful change, helping to build a safer and more supportive community for all.
