Deploying full force during major events is crucial to ensuring maximum security and achieving zero crime rates. This requires careful planning, effective communication, and coordinated efforts between law enforcement agencies and other security-related agencies. In this reflection, I will discuss the various elements involved in deploying full force during major events and how this contributes to achieving a zero crime rate.

One of the key aspects of deploying full force is the allocation of resources. This includes deploying personnel, equipment, and technology, such as surveillance cameras, to ensure that all security aspects are covered. By allocating the necessary resources, law enforcement agencies can respond quickly to threats and maintain order during the event.Another important aspect of deploying full force is effective communication and coordination between agencies. This involves sharing information, such as intelligence reports, real-time updates, and incident reports, which helps to identify potential security threats and respond to them effectively. Effective communication and coordination also help ensure that all agencies involved work together efficiently and that resources are utilized effectively.

In addition to communication and coordination, developing joint security plans is an important aspect of deploying full force during major events. Joint security plans provide a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities and outline the measures that will be taken to ensure maximum security. Developing joint security plans helps ensure that all agencies are prepared and work together to achieve zero crime rates [1].

To achieve maximum security and a zero crime rate, it is also important to involve the community in the planning and preparation. This can include working with local businesses and organizations and involving community leaders in planning. Community involvement helps ensure that the community is aware of security measures and is prepared to respond in an emergency.

Another key aspect of deploying full force is the use of technology. The use of surveillance cameras, for example, helps to identify potential security threats, monitor the crowd, and respond to incidents quickly[2]. The deployment of advanced technology also helps to reduce the need for personnel, freeing up resources that can be used elsewhere.

Regular training and simulation exercises are also important in preparing for full-force deployment during major events. Training helps to ensure that personnel are prepared for potential security threats and are familiar with their roles and responsibilities. Simulation exercises allow agencies to practice their response to different scenarios and identify areas for improvement in their security plans.

The involvement of specialized units, such as bomb squads and tactical teams, is also important in deploying full force during major events. These units provide specialized skills and equipment that can help to respond to potential security threats and maintain order during the event. It is also important to regularly review and evaluate full-force deployment during major events. This includes analyzing incidents and lessons learned and making changes to improve future deployment efforts. Regular review and evaluation help identify areas for improvement and ensures that full-force deployment remains effective in achieving a zero crime rate.

In conclusion, inter-agency coordination ensures maximum security during major events and festivals. Effective coordination between agencies helps ensure that resources are utilized efficiently, information is shared effectively, and all security aspects are addressed. By involving a range of agencies, involving the community, and regularly reviewing and evaluating inter-agency coordination processes, it is possible to achieve maximum security and ensure the safety of all those involved in major events and festivals.

BAGUIO's FINEST aimed for Zero Major Crime incidents during the festival despite the influx of people. While people enjoyed the event, all members of the Baguio City Police Office, including all stations, also rejoiced as they achieved ZERO CRIME incidents despite the number of people who attended the event.
